Shipping & Delivery Policy – Anabess

At Anabess, we are committed to ensuring that every order arrives safely, promptly, and with minimal hassle. From the moment your purchase is confirmed to the time it reaches your doorstep, we handle every step with care and precision.

Order Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
  • Business days include Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders placed after 7:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays will begin processing on Monday or the next available business day.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary slightly depending on destination and carrier workload, but typical U.S. delivery takes about 5–12 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Rural areas, carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak shopping seasons may extend this timeframe. During especially busy periods—such as holiday sales, Black Friday, Christmas, or nationwide courier congestion—both processing and transit may take longer than usual.
  • To avoid any unforeseen delays for important events, we strongly encourage placing seasonal or gift-related orders at least 2–3 weeks in advance.

 

Custom & Bulk Orders

  • Custom-printed apparel or personalized items: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for design preparation, artwork verification, and production setup.
  • Bulk orders (50+ units): Processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on material availability and production load.

Cut-Off Time

  • Our same-day processing cut-off time is 7:00 PM PST.
  • Orders placed after this time will start processing on the next business day.

  • DHL (available for select regions and express services)

Shipping Costs

  • A standard flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD applies to all domestic orders.

Non-Serviceable Locations
Currently, Anabess cannot ship to the following destinations:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

We are exploring options to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

Tracking Information

  • Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent automatically to your email or phone number provided at checkout.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

  • During major holiday periods such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s, and other nationwide events, processing and delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes.
  • To avoid delays, we recommend placing holiday orders 2–3 weeks in advance.
