Order Modification & Cancellation Policy – Anabess
At Anabess, we understand that sometimes after placing an order, you may notice a detail that needs adjustment — whether it’s the wrong size, a different color, or simply a mistake. We want to make this process as easy as possible while maintaining fairness and efficiency for all our customers.
You have a 4-hour window from the time your order is successfully submitted to request any changes or cancellations. During this time, you can contact our team to adjust your order or cancel it entirely. This window is strictly enforced because once an order enters our system, it begins processing automatically, and production, packing, or shipping preparation may already be underway, making changes difficult or impossible.
To request a modification or cancellation, please contact us immediately through our website’s Contact Us page or by emailing support@anabess.com. Include your order number, the name used on the order, and a clear description of the change you’d like to make. The timestamp of your email or ticket submission confirms eligibility within the 4-hour window. Acting promptly is critical, as requests received after this period may not be processed.
Once the 4-hour window has passed, the order usually moves into production or shipping preparation. At that point, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations, including changes to size, color, quantity, personalization, or shipping options. If your request comes after this period and the order has already shipped, you remain responsible for the full purchase amount. Any changes will need to be handled through our standard return process after the item arrives. This ensures we maintain speed, quality, and reliability for all customers.
Accurate shipping information is essential for smooth delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring their address details — including street, apartment/suite number, city, state, and postal code — are correct before completing the purchase. Even small errors can result in failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost items.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Anabess is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs. Returned packages due to address errors will require the customer to cover any reshipping fees. Lost or unrecoverable packages are not eligible for refunds or replacements. This policy ensures fairness, as delivery depends entirely on accurate information submitted at checkout.
Once a tracking number has been issued and your package is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery route or update the shipping address. Any adjustments must be made directly with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL) according to their policies and fees. At this stage, the carrier controls the shipment.
