A. 30-Day Happiness Guarantee (Return Window)

We offer a 30-day return period on all eligible items. You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered to decide if your item is right for you and to initiate a return request.

Item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or wear.

Packaging & Tags
All original tags must still be attached. Item must be returned in original packaging or secure equivalent packaging.

Proof of Purchase
Include your receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation email. Items returned without meeting these requirements may not be approved for a refund. In such cases, the item may be returned to you at your expense. We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon arrival.

B. Starting Your Return (No Prepaid Label Included)

If you don’t find a prepaid return label in your package, don’t worry — this is normal. Each return is unique, so we provide custom return instructions for every case. To begin your return or exchange, email our support team at support@anabess.com. We will provide your authorized return label (if applicable), specific instructions for your return shipment, and personalized guidance throughout the process.

C. How to Start the Return Process

To ensure a fast resolution, please include the following when emailing support@anabess.com: Order Number + Full Name, Proof of Purchase (screenshot or order email), Reason for Return, and Photo or Video Evidence (required for defective, damaged, or incorrect items). Once the item arrives at our facility, our quality team inspects it — usually within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirming the return status. Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of approval. Bank or card processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.

D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Responsibility)

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or the wrong size, this is fully our responsibility. Contact us immediately at support@anabess.com for a free replacement or full refund. Anabess covers all return shipping costs in such cases.

E. Exchanges

We support exchanges only when the issue is caused by us, such as wrong item shipped, incorrect size, or defective/damaged product. If eligible, contact support@anabess.com, and we will handle the replacement process. Return shipping is free when the error is on our part.

F. Refunds

After inspection, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Allow up to 14 calendar days for processing. Bank or card processing times may add 3–5 business days. If your refund does not appear within this timeframe, contact us for assistance.

G. Order Cancellation Policy

To receive a full cancellation refund, contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. After 4 hours, your order may enter production or packing, making cancellation difficult or impossible. We will always do our best to assist you.

H. Important Notice About Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. We ship exactly to the address provided at checkout. If an order is lost or undeliverable due to incorrect address, missing apartment/unit number, or typographical errors, the customer is responsible for any loss.
